We aim to dispatch items in stock within 48 hours of cleared payment (not including weekends & bank holidays) although goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours. However, EU customers should allow up to 7 days for delivery and overseas customers should allow additional time depending on destination. Items are normally sent by courier delivery in respect of heavier or larger items. Some items may be delivered directly from the manufacturer/distributor especially in respect of heavier/ larger items. If an order is returned to us as not delivered due to it not being claimed then we reserve the right to re-charge delivery costs.
If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please note if a delivery is made by courier and you cannot arrange for someone to be available to sign for the goods, please let us know immediately for an alternative delivery date or alternative delivery address to be scheduled.
Delivery charges start from 25.00 € and are based entirely on weight rather than per item purchased allowing us to keep postage costs as low as possible meaning delivery charges are only increased if necessary depending on weight of items purchased, Special rates apply for bulk orders. We reserve the right even after confirming your online order via email to obtain quotes from delivery companies for the cost of delivery of your item and if delivery cost is found to be more than the price previously charged to give you the option to pay the extra to have it delivered or to have a full refund.
We will not be obligated to deliver the item at the previously charged price and put us in a loss making situation. We also reserve the right to re-charge delivery charges if an order is returned to us as undelivered and has not been claimed or called for.

If you are outside the EU, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. All orders will be confirmed via email and will include your order reference number please keep a copy of this number and quote it when calling regarding your order or on any future correspondence you send us.
After submitting your order you will receive via email a confirmation of receipt of your order data including our legal information requirements. This confirmation does not constitute confirmation of the order. A purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm within 3 business days from receipt of your order, this order by sending the goods to you, or by sending an explicit order confirmation.

Many of the products you see on our website are held in stock in our warehouse and are despatched within 1-3 working days from receipt or your order, all other items will be ordered from our supplier and sent from our warehouse once your item has arrived.
If your item is not in stock then we will notify you immediately by email whereupon you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund.
If goods are not supplied, then payment will be refunded in the full amount. Restyling SIA shall not be liable for any losses which may be suffered if we do not supply goods ordered. Acceptance of your order will only take place once we have dispatched your order.
You must take responsibility for checking over the goods and unpacking whilst the delivery driver waits if necessary. In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or damaged, you must sign for the goods as damaged. If you sign to say that they are received in good condition we must assume that they were in good condition when delivered or you have confirmed acceptance of the goods in this damaged condition and we will not be able to rectify any fault how so ever caused or make any payments of compensation. You must notify us within 24 working hours of delivery by email or telephone or else a damage claim may not be possible. Depending upon the extent of the fault / damage, you may be sent a replacement you will be asked to return the goods in their original packaging (where possible) to our address. In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse.
Should the delivered product not function correctly, arrive damaged or incomplete, we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent out as soon as possible, or send the item back to the manufacturer for repair on your behalf. In the event of a replacement product being unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund upon return. Any damaged parts must be sent back to us, we will cover your return postage when using a postage method of our choice.
If a package arrives on your doorstep and appears to be damaged do not sign for it, instead ask the courier to return the item to us and get in touch. Upon signing for a parcel many couriers deem that you have accepted the condition it arrived in – yeah, we know. In the rare event this does happen, we’ll do our utmost to resolve the situation on your behalf with the courier.
It is down to the buyer to ensure part numbers purchased are the correct fitment for their vehicle – we try to ensure all our product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but be aware that in some cases they may be generic and covering a similar product, or a version produced for another vehicle. If you have any doubts, please contact customer services and we’ll try to assist best we can.
The buyer has the right to return the products (except special/custom orders) within 14 days after delivery at their own cost. This only applies when the product is in its original state, complete with manufacturers packaging and inserts – it must be able to be sold as new again. Any goods which are considered perishable, and have a short life span are also not covered. Refunds given will be in full minus the original postage cost of sending the item to you where this is not a consumer right (please note: items listed free delivery still cost us to post out). We’re very reasonable on returns, and will always respect statutory rights.
All warranties and guaranties are provided entirely by the manufacturers and importers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Restyling SIA will deal direct with manufacturers and importers on your behalf but accepts no liability for any losses, costs damages, charges or expenses caused by any warranty claim. Customers are reminded to complete and return all warranty cards/documents upon receipt of goods where appropriate.
Please be aware that some warranty claim parts will sometimes have to be sent direct to the manufacturer by us for investigation, and this can take some time though we’ll always do our utmost to expedite the process. Please see our returns form, which includes the return address.
Early failure of parts due to incorrect fitment is not covered under our guarantee, we can’t cover customers for their own mistakes or that of a garage/shop contracted to undertake fitment on their behalf. Please follow provided instructions (which may be on the manufacturer’s website) if applicable, or ensure parts are fitted by a trained professional. We have had cases where products have been returned for a warranty claim, tested by a manufacturer, and deemed to be working fine – with installation or other dependant parts on the customer’s vehicle being the issue. In this instance we do ask for all postage costs incurred by us to be paid before returning the item to you. This stance is to motivate you as a customer to ensure you’ve exhausted all other potential reasons for the issues before beginning the warranty process.
Under our Standard Returns Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us providing it is unused and in a saleable condition and is returned with all packaging and parts, also if applicable sealed in it’s original package to avoid contamination of sensitive products. We require all returns to be notified to us by telephone or email. A refund or replacement will only be given once the product has been received at our premises and for this reason we advise that adequate postal insurance is obtained to cover any loss or damage in transit. All items which were sent out correctly will be subject to a 20% restocking fee but prior arrangement must be made and agreed. Restyling SIA reserves the right to send unwanted items back to you without refund, upon inspection, if it is deemed unsalable or to charge you for loss or damage in transit. We are unable to refund any postage costs on unwanted goods.
In respect of a product received faulty or damaged or an incorrect product delivered to you, please notify us by telephone or email within seven working days. We will then advise customers further in relation to product replacement, refunding and in respect of returning products to us. Restyling SIA shall not be liable if a product is damaged during fitment by you or a third party person or company. Products returned to us at our request will be examined in respect of any reported damage or fault within a reasonable period of time and the results notified to you. If a product is found to be faulty in accordance with the product’s guarantee or damaged, then a refund or replacement will be given. We will at our discretion refund any reasonable postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered products if such products were returned at our request.

We store only data without reference to individuals such as the name of your Internet Service Provider, the page from which you visit us or the name of the requested website. This data is used solely to improve our offer and do not allow any conclusion on you as a person.
For the processing of your order, and possible future warranty claims or users of your account we may need personal information from you, were required.
A transfer of your data takes place only upon delivery to the shipping company responsible to the extent necessary to deliver the goods (name, address, telephone number to coordinate delivery dates).
For the settlement of payments your payment details will be passed to our bank. In the case of a financial purchase your data will be sent directly to our funding partners, the Swedbank were it will collected and processed accordingly.
A transfer of your data to third parties or other use is not for advertising purposes. With full implementation of the contract and full payment of your data for further use will be blocked unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.
